Today marks the fourth day of the Primal Way.
Breakfast: salmon, grapes
lunch: tuna on lettuce (I was very hungry later)
dinner: mongolian bbq (shrimp, pork, beef, salmon, veggies ... all yummy goodness)
carrot/orange juice
smoked salmon snack
That's really all I can think of that I ate. maybe two macadamia nuts
AND, I walked quite a bit around my neighborhood.
I felt full after dinner. Finally.
