Keep Up the Pace

Last night was Cross Fit and we had an excellent night.
WOD - 3 rounds of
300 meter row
10 burpees
200 meter run

I ate great yesterday and today.
Today's breakfast:
grapes, bacon, sausage
lunch: vegetable napolean with tomato roulade, small amount of polenta
dinner: 1/2 a buffalo burger, 1/2 a chicken patty, a few green beans, a little spinach
couple squares of chocolate

My legs hurt but I can't help but feel that I'm improving.
