breakfast: not listing it, let's just say I went to Cardinal Glennon and leave it at that.
Lunch: grilled turkey with cheese, no bread, grapes
snack: jerkey
dinner: piece of cheese
WOD: 15 burpees; 25 kettle bells; 800 meters farmers walk; 15 burpees; 25 kettle bells
COLLAPSE!
I've been getting veggies/fruit in but have had an occasional bad meal this week. Generally it's two good meals and one not so good. It's a long way from what I used to eat.
We may go to Springfield tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it but will be ok if plans change.
