We DID It!

Guilty, as charged. We completed our first month of cross fit. Rather, tomorrow night will be an entire month of Cross Fit. I'm really surprised I've hung in there, although I think a lot of it had to do with Kim's teaching, Sean's encouragement and everyone making it fun.

Today I did 6 laps around the nearest track ... for a total of 2 miles.

Breakfast: pizza (tsk, tsk)
lunch: salad with smoked salmon
dinner: yet to be but I'm making scallops with zucchini

gulping lots of liquid today! Mainly water but some apple juice

My apologies for using this as a food diary!

Ideas for 4th of July:
tomato, mozzarela and avacado salad
artichoke stuffed mushrooms
roasted tomatoes with italian cheese
trifle (fruit and maybe shortcake)
